For professional and safety standards, all clients are required to sign a consent form before treatment.

Separate consent forms are used for:
• Electrolysis
• Waxing & Sugaring

After booking, you will receive the consent form for your service as a PDF to review before your appointment.

We will sign the form in person before your treatment. You will then receive a scanned PDF copy of the signed document, and I will retain the original for my records.

If you agree, photo and/or video documentation may be taken before, during, or after your treatment for professional record-keeping and quality control purposes.

This helps track progress, ensure consistent treatment results, and maintain high service standards.
