Absolute contraindications
  • Epilepsy or uncontrolled hypertension
  • Severe cardiovascular conditions
  • Stage 3–4 varicose veins
  • Individual intolerance or allergic reactions to treatment products
  • Use of retinoid medications or vitamin A derivatives
  • Acute allergic reactions
  • Deep vein thrombosis (DVT)

  • Psoriasis, eczema, or dermatitis during flare-ups
  • Active herpes outbreak
  • Diabetes
  • Recent chemical peels in the treatment area
  • Pregnancy (especially first-time waxing during the 1st or 3rd trimester)
  • Infectious diseases
  • Gynecological irritation or active inflammation in the treatment area
  • Multiple raised benign skin growths such as papillomas or warts
  • Painful lumps or skin sensitivity in the treatment area
